How we write, check and correct the content on HealthKares.
1.What our content is for
HealthKares is a B2B marketplace. Our medicine, disease, herb, device and other indexes, our category pages and our buying guides are there to help businesses find products and suppliers and ask better questions before they buy.
None of it is medical advice, prescribing information or a product label. Patients should speak to a doctor or pharmacist. Businesses should confirm technical and regulatory details with the supplier and the relevant authority.
2.How the reference indexes are written
The starter entries in our indexes were drafted by HealthKares with the help of AI writing tools, then edited for plain wording. They give general background: what an item is, where it is used and what buyers usually check.
Not every entry has yet been checked by a pharmacist, doctor or other qualified professional. We are not labelling any entry as expert-reviewed, and we will only do that once a named, qualified reviewer has actually checked it.
Until then, treat each entry as a starting point for your own checks, not as a final source.
3.Buying guides and articles
Our guides are published by HealthKares. They describe common checks such as licences, quality certificates, service terms and samples. Rules and licence formats change, so we point you to the authority to confirm the current position.
We do not publish invented customer stories, fake reviews or made-up expert quotes.
4.Supplier and product information
Supplier profiles and product listings are written by the businesses themselves. A verified badge means the business sent documents and our team reviewed them at that time. It is not a guarantee of product quality.
- Read how documents are checked on the verification process page.
- Suppliers cannot pay to appear in, or change, the reference indexes.
- Paid plans never buy a verified badge.
5.Trade Trends figures
Trade Trends uses official yearly import and export totals from UN Comtrade where we have pulled them, plus counts of buyer requirements and verified suppliers on HealthKares. Country-to-country shipments, search and keyword figures, demand signals and buyer profiles are demo data for now, and every screen labels them DEMO DATA. Scores and forecasts are estimates with a confidence figure, not guarantees. HealthKares does not see deal values, because deals happen directly between buyers and suppliers.
While the site is new, the numbers are small and include sample requirements. We will only add outside trade data once we have a source we can name on the page.
6.Reporting a mistake
If you find something wrong or out of date, tell us through the contact page with the page address and what needs changing. We check every report, correct or remove entries that are wrong, and take down content that could mislead.
