Draft pending legal review: these terms are written for our non-transactional B2B networking model and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before commercial launch.

1.About the platform

HealthKares is a business-to-business discovery and communication platform. We enable registered healthcare businesses to list profiles, products, requirements and opportunities, and to connect, request quotes and message each other.

2.Direct deals — we are not a party

All transactions are concluded directly between buyers and suppliers. HealthKares does not buy, sell, stock, invoice, ship, or take title to any product, does not collect payments, and charges no commission on deals.

Each party is solely responsible for pricing, contracts, delivery, payment, warranties, returns and regulatory compliance of any deal.

3.Eligibility & accounts

The platform is for businesses only. You must be authorised to act for the business you register and keep your account credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4.Accurate information & verification

You must provide truthful business details and genuine, valid documents. Verification by HealthKares reflects a document review at a point in time and is not a guarantee of quality, solvency or legal compliance.

We may suspend or remove listings or accounts that provide false information or lose required licences.

5.Regulated products

You must hold all licences required to buy, sell, import, export or distribute the products you list or request, including drug, medical device and narcotics regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

Listing of prohibited, counterfeit, misbranded or unapproved products is strictly forbidden.

6.Acceptable use

No spam, scraping or bulk unsolicited messaging
No harvesting of other users' contact details
No impersonation or misleading claims
No uploading of malware or unlawful content

7.Content & licence

You retain ownership of the content you post and grant HealthKares a licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

8.Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthKares is not liable for any loss arising from deals, communications or disputes between users.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
