Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026. We take the confidentiality of your business data seriously.
1.What we collect
- Account details: name, email, job title
- Business details: legal name, address, registration and tax IDs, licences
- Compliance documents you upload
- Listings, requirements, quotes, messages and connection activity
- Basic usage data such as profile and product page views
2.What is public
Verified business name, organisation type, city/country, categories, products and verified credential titles are shown publicly.
Tax IDs, registration numbers, phone numbers, emails, addresses and document files are never shown on public pages.
3.How we use data
To verify businesses, operate matching and messaging, send in-app notifications, prevent fraud, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data.
4.Messaging privacy
Messages are visible only to the two businesses in the conversation and, where required for safety or legal reasons, to authorised HealthKares staff. We encourage you to keep negotiations on-platform rather than sharing personal contact details.
5.Document storage
Compliance documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage and opened only through short-lived secure links.
6.Retention & your rights
You can update your profile at any time and request deletion of your account. Some records may be retained where required by law. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access, correction or erasure of your personal data.
