HealthKares — Connecting Healthcare Businesses

Trust & safety

Verification Process

Every business on HealthKares is reviewed before it becomes publicly visible. Here's exactly what we check.

  1. STEP 1

    Submit business details

Legal name, registered address, GST / Tax ID, company registration number (CIN / LLPIN) and organisation type are captured during onboarding.

  2. STEP 2

    Upload compliance documents

Documents are stored privately and visible only to you and our reviewers.

  3. STEP 3

    Manual review

Our team cross-checks document numbers, validity dates and issuing authority against public registries where available.

  4. STEP 4

    Verified badge

Approved businesses become publicly discoverable with a green verified badge and the list of verified credentials.

  5. STEP 5

    Ongoing monitoring

Expiring licences are flagged; expired documents lose their verified status until renewed.
